WAs part of our on-going commitment to protecting our customers against scams, we actively monitor the internet for fake websites purporting to be “City Beach Australia”. We take this opportunity to remind you, our valued customers, to always be mindful of the existence of fake/scam websites. Often, such websites can be identified via incorrect domain addresses. We have no control over and are unable to guarantee the provision of any order’s placed through fake websites.

We have also discovered an underground market that is now selling stolen/leaked City Beach customer accounts. Buyers of these accounts receive login details and use your account Rewards points to defraud the customers. We recommend customers to be cyber smart and look for any suspicious behaviour, and actively reset your passwords if you believe you may have been a victim of a data scrape. City Beach will also force reset of passwords on any accounts that have been inactive for 180 days.
