We analyse sales trends, review competitors, and constantly source new products and ideas to make sure our range stays ahead of the curve. As a part of our buying teams, you will find yourself adding value to the whole fashion cycle from creation to marketing and in-store merchandising and get the chance to lead the way in youth fashion.

PRODUCTION
We transform fashion ideas into quality garments our customers can wear with pride. Our team manages the entire supply chain to maintain quality and consistency, oversee development in Australia and offshore and make sure our products are crafted in a cost-effective and timely manner. Planning the entire cycle and organising timelines for optimal productivity is second nature to us as we carefully guide every new range from factory to store.

RETAIL STORES
We are social, service-minded, extremely customer focussed and willing to go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding experience for all our in-store customers. Our team also keep merchandise moving off shelves, help with the visual presentation of the store and manage in-store promotions, stock management and rotation.

Being the guardians of the customer experience, we also work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to make sure we deliver an outstanding and welcoming in-store experience nationally.

In the finance team we work to make sense of the numbers and provide the business with the right information to drive growth and success while watching the cash and paying bills. Our reports give stakeholders context to make critical business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations and give the business the right tools to thrive.

IT
In a world where a missing password or a system being down can create disruption to a business, our aim is to ensure a constant and stable flow of information across the organisation. We work to problem solve technical issues and assist with the implementation and upgrade of new technology into the business. We need to be adaptable to working with legacy as well as new systems, know how to troubleshoot and keep abreast of ever-changing technology landscape.

DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
We keep the wheels turning and make sure our entire distribution network runs like clockwork. On a single day you will find yourself receiving stock from domestic and international suppliers, picking, packing, and freighting items to stores and online customers, and ensuring all our stores have the right products at the right time. You will also be managing returns processes and stock control while learning the ins and outs of best practice supply chain processes at a national level.

COMMERCIAL & COMPLIANCE
Our commercial & compliance team are responsible for managing stocktake and security across our store network. We create strategies to ensure in-store security, train in-store team members on loss prevention policies, run and manage stocktake processes and act as an internal investigation team for policy breaches, theft, and fraud matters.
