CITY BEACH REWARDS

City Beach Rewards is City Beach New Zealand's new rewards program in which members earn points on purchases (before taxes, fees, plus shipping and handling) made on the City Beach New Zealand website. For every 1,000 points earned by a member, a $10 Reward Voucher can be redeemed. Your City Beach Rewards can be used on the City Beach New Zealand online store.
We know you can't wait to get started earning reward points and epic discounts, but we want to let you know about some important bits of information first. By joining City Beach Rewards, you agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time.
City Beach reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member's points, vouchers, or City Beach Rewards account.
NOTE:
   • City Beach Rewards excludes Final Days On Site Products.
   • City Beach Rewards Coupons will not work in conjunction with EXTRA20 promotion.
City Beach reserves the right to amend or withdraw the City Beach Loyalty Rewards program at any time without notice.
City Beach Rewards offer is $1 = 10 points, $100 = 1,000 points, and 1,000 points = $10 voucher.
Maximum of 5 coupons can be redeemed in one transaction.
 
Joining City Beach Rewards is simple, free and can be done online. All we need is your name, email address and mobile number (so we can get in touch and send your reward vouchers), plus your date of birth.
Please note that only one account is valid per person, and that we reserve the right to modify, refuse or terminate your City Beach Rewards account for any reason. We want you to enjoy your rewards and benefits, however, so we'll let you know in advance should we need to modify or terminate an existing account.
City Beach Rewards Members must reside in New Zealand. Customers who purchase from the City Beach New Zealand must join the City Beach Rewards New Zealand Program. Or if purchasing from the City Beach United States websites you are not eligible to join yet (sign up to our mailing list so we can inform you when City Beach Rewards is available in your country!).
 
Your account details will be stored securely in our database. Making changes is easy and can be done at any time by logging into your Account page; the link can be found in all emails from City Beach New Zealand and City Beach Rewards, or from our website's main menu. Make sure your details are kept up to date, because we'll send you information about rewards, perks, and other special offers etc. We'd hate for you to miss out!
 
City Beach Rewards accounts, points and vouchers are non-transferrable. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, money, virtual currency, gift cards or credit etc.
Once you sign up to City Beach Rewards, we'll send a confirmation email to welcome you to the Beach Rewards program. All you need to do is log-in to your City Beach Rewards account before check-out. This is important if you want us to register your purchase, update your spend balance and redeem rewards.
Please note: City Beach Rewards points will not be accrued or earned on orders returned for a refund, cancelled, or when purchasing a gift card.
 
Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend (excluding shipping and taxes), and for every 1,000 points earned, you can redeem a $10 voucher. In short, you get a $10 voucher for every $100 you spend, including sale items. You can spend $50 once or $10 across five different shops, online only.
The more you shop, the more points you earn for redeeming into vouchers. There's no upper limit!
You will receive exclusive offers, VIP early previews to our incredible sales, new product launches, and all the latest trending styles.
 
For every dollar you spend, you earn 10 rewards points, once you have 1,000 points, you’re eligible to redeem a $10 shopping voucher that you can spend online, across City Beach New Zealand (excluding gift cards, taxes and shipping costs for online deliveries). These purchases will contribute to your points balance, which will be updated 7 days after purchase.
Points cannot be earned on portion of the transaction that was paid using the Loyalty Voucher. For example, if you purchase items using $90 in cash and a $10 voucher, you are only entitled to earn points on $90 of the transaction value.
We will send you an email when you are entitled to a City Beach Rewards voucher. It is important that you don’t unsubscribe from the City Beach Rewards member emails we send, or you won’t get notified when you are entitled to a City Beach Rewards voucher or your points balance.
City Beach Rewards vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
City Beach Rewards vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
The City Beach Rewards program is for legitimate personal shopping only. We reserve the right to reject your vouchers if we know or suspect that you intend to resell any of the products specified in your order, as a part of a commercial business.
 
 
To redeem a reward online, you must log-in using your City Beach Rewards email address and copy the rewards voucher code from your City Beach Rewards dashboard to the online checkout page.
Rewards can only be redeemed once, and they can only be redeemed at citybeach.com/nz/. A minimum spend of $50 must be reached to redeem a $10 voucher.
Multiple $10 vouchers may be redeemed in one transaction; however, the minimum spend of $50 must be reached first.
Maximum of 5 coupons can be redeemed in one transaction.
Promotional codes may also be used in conjunction with a reward. City Beach Rewards vouchers will be applied after other promotions but before shipping costs. This may mean your basket value is altered before the shipping threshold.
When shopping online, to qualify for free shipping your cart total must meet the free shipping threshold after any discounts and vouchers have been applied.
 
Rewards cannot be redeemed when purchasing City Beach Gift Cards or against shipping costs.
Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with EXTRA20 promotion and is not applicable when "Final Days on Site" products are part of your order.
When you are trying to redeem more than 5 coupons in one transaction.
If for some reason you cannot redeem your voucher at a specific time due to an unforeseen situation (e.g the failure of software, hardware or a malfunction), we cannot be held liable or responsible. But we will of course do our best to get it back on track, so you get all the rewards you deserve!
 
If you earned rewards points when making a purchase, these points will be taken off your balance when returning any items. For example, if you purchase an item for $25 and an item for $15, you would have earned 400 points. If you return the $25 item, your points balance will be reduced by 250. If you return both items, then the full 400 points will be deducted.
The Loyalty Reward discount is applied to each item on the receipt, proportionate to the value of the item purchased. When you return an item that has been purchased using a Loyalty Reward voucher, the item will be discounted by the amount of discount applied in the original transaction.

If you have purchased an item using a City Beach Rewards voucher and you would like to exchange it for another item, the returned item will be returned at the discounted price, excluding any discount applied from a Rewards Voucher. Where the value of the exchanged item is higher than the returned item, you will be required to pay the difference.
Where an item is exchanged for an item of lower value, the item will be returned at the discounted price, excluding any discount. Depending on the price of the new item, you will be refunded the difference or be asked to pay the difference.
 
You will not earn points when purchasing a gift card however, you can earn points when you use a gift card online. City Beach Rewards vouchers cannot be redeemed for gift cards or cash.
 
We collect your details for the purpose of facilitating the City Beach Rewards Program. By joining you agree to us contacting you via email or SMS with marketing information and information about rewards, other products, or special offers. Your personal information will be handled In accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
City Beach Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date of transaction. There is no limit the number of points you can accrue.
