CITY BEACH COURT RENTALS

All court rentals will be staffed to ensure the following of our COVID PROTOCOLS.
We will not be providing any equipment rental (Any outside equipment including Volleyballs and basketballs must be brought in by the renter)
All participants must have both our liability waiver (Liability Waiver and Release – City Beach Adult or Liability Waiver Form – City Beach Minors) and our additional COVID-19 waiver, printed and filled out before entering the building.
All must wear face coverings for the duration of their time inside the building, including during athletic participation
Due to regular programming and possible late changes due to county limits on attendance all requests must be submitted for pre-approval. If you wish to request a regular rental or larger groups, please provide details at the bottom of the form
