Children's Birthday Package
Our children's birthday parties have been voted best in the Bay. This is something we are very proud of. However, we are always striving to provide our families who book with us the best experience they can find. Below you will find some helpful information that will assist you in booking a party and help you understand our booking process.
Reservations
To book a party please visit our online booking site.
There are limited bookings on Saturdays in June, July, August, September, and December. Parties for these dates will be on a first come, first serve basis and booked one month prior to the event.
The Birthday Coordinator will book birthday parties by phone calls and emails. Birthday Hotline (510) 651-2500 ext.119 or birthdays@citybeach.com When you call please provide a detailed message including your name, the time, date, and your phone number and email information so that we may respond. The Birthday Coordinator will return your message in the order it was received during their office hours. Please remember we book parties on a first come, first serve basis.
Saturday, and Sunday time slots can be booked up to 2 months in advance outside of the Saturday limited availability dates which can be made available several weeks ahead.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your birthday party.
