Mission\Vision\Purpose Statement
· City Beach is a corporate and social event center which produces, host and executes meaningful gatherings including meetings, team building and social events. Everything we do is about bringing people and organizations together to re-energize, re-connect and re-align.
· We are the “un-event center,” the “un-hotel ballroom space,” and the “un-meeting space.” Our competitive advantage is that our facilities offer ultimate flexibility in producing extraordinary all-inclusive event experiences with our space, catering and numerous entertainment offerings.
· Our unique branding, which strikes that balance between “City,” which is formal and structured, and “Beach,” which represents relaxed and casual, produces a unique environment which balances work and play together that magically inspires it’s participants to participate in an “extraordinary” event experience.
· Acknowledgement and the use of our guests name makes them feel a part of the City Beach community.
· Our primary vertical markets include corporate meetings, team building, and special events. Our secondary markets appeal to the consumer based products namely the rock gym and restaurant. Additionally, the company is home to the City Beach Junior Club Volleyball program, the largest organized club volleyball program in the nation.
· Our guiding documents are the Strategic Objective, 26 Guiding Principles, and the collection of Working Procedures.
